Yogurt Bowls

Yogurt bowls make a perfect breakfast, lunch or in-between meal.  If you use Greek Yogurt (my favorite is Siggi’s plain), then it is loaded with protein and often can be non-fat.

Whether you make it savory or sweet, the options are endless.

cherry tomato,

basil,

sliced almonds,

a pinch of salt and a drizzle of lemon olive oil.
