Leftovers Recreated…Dinner today, Lunch tomorrow
I love having leftovers for lunch the next day. Often times I need to think out of the ice box a bit to recreate the dishes into a new meal. Today I combined Curried Cauliflower Soup with a heap of black rice and freshly picked cilantro from my garden. Yep…it’s still going strong the first week of November in Chicago…CRAY-ZEE, but I’m loving every last bit of it.
