- 2 pounds chicken wings
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 - 3 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil
- 1/4 Cup Frank's Hot Sauce
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp (or more if you like it sweeter) Honey
- 1/2 stick Butter, melted
Place wings in a large bowl. Season with salt & pepper, drizzle with grape seed oil. Toss wings until all are evenly covered in oil & seasoning.
Line a 1/2" deep baking sheet/jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and lay a baking rack on top. Place wings on baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees F in convection oven or 425 in regular oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
While wings are baking, whisk together hot sauce, cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt, honey and melted butter in a large bowl.
Remove wings from oven and gently toss in sauce to cover all wings.
Place coated wings atop rack of baking sheet again and return to oven for about 10 minutes.
Serve with Buttermilk Ranch Dressing and celery sticks.
Short Cut: Do first baking step and mix sauce ahead of time. Toss wings in sauce and reheat before serving.
