Lemon Tahini Vinaigrette

The tahini sauce gives this vinaigrette a nice texture and deeper flavor.  It goes well with robust flavored greens such as baby kale or mustard greens.

Ingredients

  • Zest & Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1/4 C Olive Oil
  • 1 T Tahini (sesame paste) - I used a Za'atar spiced tahini
  • 2 T Water
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients together and whisk or shake in a small glass bottle with tight fitting lid.
