Parmesan Crisps

One ingredient.  Need I say more?  These parmesan crisps can make anyone look gourmet and are the perfect accompaniment to a bowl of tomato soup or pasta.


  • 1/2 C shredded or grated parmesan cheese
  • parchment paper


Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Pour a heaping tablespoon of parmesan cheese on the parchment paper and lightly pat down. Continue until you have 8 mounds (similar to baking cookies).

Step 3

Bake in the oven for 3 - 5 minutes or until crisp & golden. Let cool and serve.
