  • Yield : 4 cups
  • Prep Time : 15m
  • Cook Time : 60m
  • Ready In : 1:15 h

This granola is loaded with healthy seeds, nuts & grains and it’s so delicious the batch never seems to last longer than a few days.

  • 1 C Oats
  • 1 C Buckwheat Cereal
  • 1/3 C Quinoa
  • 1/4 C Raw Sliced Almonds
  • 1/4 C Raw Chopped Pecans
  • 1/4 C Raw Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 C Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 C Shredded, Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 2 T Chia Seeds
  • 1 T Cinnamon
  • 1/4 C Raisins
  • 1/2 C Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 C Maple Syrup

Step 1

Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl. In a separate bowl combine melted coconut oil & maple syrup.

Step 3

Mix dry & wet ingredients together. Spread out evenly on baking sheet. Bake 60 minutes. Let cool and store in air tight container.

Step 4

Enjoy with milk, yogurt or just snack by itself. However you enjoy it, it will disappear quickly because it's so yummy!

Short Cut: Make a double batch so that it lasts twice as long.  This flies off the kitchen shelves like hotcakes.

Think Out of the Granola Box (a.k.a. Alternative Method): Try adding cashews, pistachios or pumpkin seeds as well as dried fruit such as chopped apricots, cherries or dates.
