Simply grilled shrimp is a perfect protein addition to any salad or pasta. This delicious recipe is 6 ingredients in under an hour.
- 1 pound defrosted Shrimp, peeled & deveined
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 C Olive Oil
- 2 T freshly chopped Cilantro
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Combine all of the ingredients and marinade shrimp in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Grill shrimp on high heat for 2 - 3 minutes per side.
Serve with fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice on top.
