Kale and Root Vegetable Salad … first week of production of #52weekscookbook [photo credits: Claudia Chocano].  Once a week chef Nicole Putzel and photographer Claudia Chocano collaborate on their cookbook.  Chef Putzel creates a seasonal, healthy dish and Photographer Chocano shoots the food in natural, seasonal light.
