Healthy Cooking Class for Charity
As a fundraiser for Ravinia Nursery School, I recently I taught a vegetarian class to a family who wants to cook more at home.
We prepared Quinoa with Dried Cherries, Dill & Zucchini, Roasted Cauliflower Salad and Roasted Carrot & Avocado Salad with Citrus Dressing. They loved each dish more than the last and said they were stuffed even though it was a meatless meal.
