A Toast to Good Food & Friends

While the kids are off at summer camp, I have time for my own play dates (or rather cooking dates).  Lauren, Nicki & Debbie gathered around my table for a dinner cooking demonstration and to answer the age old question…”What’s for dinner?”

We prepared a grilled vegetable platter of Cumin Roasted Carrots, Grilled Veggie Platter, Caprese Salad, and Roasted Salmon with Green Herbs.
