Nicole Putzel is the Founder of Putzel Kitchen, LLC and a certified nutrition coach specializing in culinary wellness and holistic health. Nicole received her honors degree from the Culinary Arts School of the Illinois Institute of Art and her formal nutrition training from Precision Nutrition. She is dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health and well-being.
Nicole develops custom wellness plans and coaches individuals to make sustainable changes for their health, addressing areas such as weight loss, healthy living, body recomposition, and overall wellness. She takes the time to understand each person’s needs and lifestyle as she builds a plan that is right for them, ensuring they achieve their health goals in a profound and lasting way.
Nicole is also a proud member of Les Dames d’Escoffier Chicago Chapter, which underscores her commitment to excellence in the culinary and nutrition fields.
Since 2009, Nicole has been a cooking instructor for aspiring chefs of all ages, teaching private classes, leading after-school programs focused on cooking and nutritional skills for children and teens, and working with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Differences (IDD) through social inclusion programs in the kitchen. She has also contributed to implementing healthy, organic school-lunch programs in Chicago-area schools. She currently teaches cooking classes at the Chicago Botanic Garden.
Nicole prioritizes balancing life with proper nutrition, activity, and sleep. Her goal is to help individuals live their best lives by integrating healthy eating habits, regular physical activity, and adequate rest, creating a foundation for overall well-being and happiness.
