Fire Up The Grill
I know it’s a stereotype, but often times the men in the house “man the grill” and the women are scared to death of the flames. Melissa & Meg faced the challenge and fired up the grill with me during a recent cooking class. We reviewed lighting the grill, monitoring the heat and cooking up some delicious dishes: Grilled Lemon Chicken, Portabello Mushrooms with TBM, Grilled Veggies with Anchovy Dressing, and my old stand-by Soy Ginger Marinated Salmon.
Plus, I’ll let you in on a little secret about the grill: LESS DISHES! If you feel stressed about watching the grill while entertaining, then don’t fret because many dishes can be served at room temperature.
