Ingredients
Yield: 4 servings

1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces

1 fennel bulb, sliced thinly

1 persian (mini) cucumber, chopped

1 orange, peeled and sliced

1/2 C halved cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss with your favorite dressing or keep it simple with a little oil and vinegar. It's that easy!
Although this fennel salad only has a few ingredients, the acid in the citrus is perfectly balanced with the refreshing, crisp greens. Sometimes simple is better.
