Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 3 T chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup mini vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 3 T almond butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 C maple syrup
  • 3 T tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.

Step 2

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bow.

Step 2

Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.

Step 4

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix together until thoroughly combined.

Step 5

Scoop evenly sized cookies onto the baking sheet and lightly press down. Bake 12 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Notes

Store in airtight container for up to a week or freeze.
