Pasta Telefono

My friend Susan calls this Pasta Telefono since the mozzarella stretches out like a telephone cord.  Once again…notice the TBM (tomato, basil, mozzarella) brings all the flavor to this dish.  You can add a salad to this, but if you want to make it a one dish dinner there are plenty of veggies in the bowl.
