Miso Glazed Cod
Combine miso, miring and sugar in a small sauce pan. Cook over a low flame on stovetop until all ingredients are combined. Place fish in a baking dish with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Flesh should be white/opaque and internal temp should read 145 F. Short Cut: Make the sauce of time and refrigerate.
