Yield: 1 serving
- 1/4 C quick cooking oats
- 1.5 T black chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 C vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/3 C almond milk
- 1/2 C mixed berries
- 2 cup mason jar with lid
Instructions
Step 1
Mix oats, chia seeds & cinnamon in a 2 cup mason jar. Add yogurt, almond milk and fruit. Put lid on jar and shake until completely combined.
Step 2
Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in the morning!
