Potassium Packed Foods

Produce is at it’s prime in summer and I’m loving all the potassium packed foods to keep my head clear, my blood sugar even and to prevent my muscles from cramping in the heat.  Some of my favorite summer foods, including avocado, beets, and watermelon, do the trick.
