Spring Spinach in Minutes
Heat butter in saute pan over low heat. Add scallions and stir constantly for one minute. Add spinach and stir. Season with sea salt + freshly ground black pepper + pinch of red pepper flakes. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover. Squeeze lemon juice over spinach and serve.Spring Spinach in Minutes
