Strawberry Salsa

Summer strawberries add a sweet, colorful element to this savory salmon dish. I created this dish for a recent dinner party and my guests were pleasantly surprised by this unconventional version of salsa. The strawberries, garlic scape and mint create a contrast of colors and flavors that truly wake up your palate. Serve this salsa over Soy Ginger Marinated Salmon filets.
