Rainbow Chard Turkey Wrap
Cut out the carbs and wrap your turkey in one or two big rainbow chard leaves. This colorful vegetable is an excellent source of Vitamins A & K also.

Yield: 1 serving
- 1 - 2 large rainbow chard leaves
- 3 ounces of sliced turkey
- 1 tsp chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- 1 T mayonnaise or vegenaise
- 1/4 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 T shredded carrot
- 1 T shredded beet
- 3 sprigs fresh cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Mix chopped tarragon, mayonnaise or vegenaise and dijon mustard.
Step 2
Spread tarragon sauce evenly across chard.
Step 3
Layer carrots, beets, cilantro and turkey on chard.
Step 4
Roll up chard making wrap.
